THESE TWO THINGS GIVE ME PEACE AND CONTENTMENT!

These two things, above all else, give me peace and contentment, as I make my pilgrimage through this world. I AM REDEEMED BY THE BLOOD OF CHRIST. My sins are gone. The justice of God against me is satisfied. The curse of the law has been forever removed from me. The righteousness of Christ is mine. Through the mediation of Christ and his shed blood, all the blessings of God are secured to my soul. AND MY REDEEMER RULES AND GOVERNS ALL THINGS SOVEREIGNLY, IN MY BEHALF. That One who holds the reins of the universe, into whose hands all things have been committed, is my Savior and my God. He has sworn that he will so govern the affairs of the world, and of my life, both small and great, that they shall accomplish my everlasting good and his eternal glory. What, then, shall I fear? Of whom shall I be afraid?
