Pray, Send, Go

Let us pray that our God will send forth laborers into his vineyard to gather, edify, and comfort his elect. None but God can make a preacher. None but God can send a preacher. Let us pray that he will do so. Has God called you to preach the gospel? Go and do it. Throw caution to the wind. Give consideration to nothing but the glory of God, the cause of Christ, and the blessed labor of the gospel. Young man, don’t wait until you are old. God will not be served with your leftovers. Go now. Devote your entire life to the preaching of the gospel! Such a life shall be a life well spent.
