"NOT SAVED!"

The weeping prophet lamented for his people, "The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved!" What a sad, pathetic lamentation. As we come now to the close of another year, it is a lamentation applicable to many. Do these words, "NOT SAVED," apply to you?

IF YOU ARE "NOT SAVED," THE WRATH OF GOD IS UPON YOU! I do not say, "You are in danger of the wrath of God," but "the wrath of God is upon you." It is upon you right now! You are already condemned. The sword of justice is drawn against you. Soon God will take breath out of your nostrils. If you are yet "not saved," when he does you will be cast into hell forever to suffer the endless wrath of a holy God!

IF YOU ARE "NOT SAVED", IT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT BELIEVED ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. Salvation is promised to all who trust Christ. There are no exceptions. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved." If you are "not saved," it is your own fault. If you would, you could trust Christ, but you cannot trust him because you will not trust him.

IF YOU ARE "NOT SAVED," STILL THERE IS HOPE! The Lord God is one who "delighteth in mercy." He is so gracious that he now gives you space and opportunity for repentance, and promises, "Whosoever believeth in him shall not perish, but have eternal life!" Do not go on living in rebellion to God, "not saved". Trust Christ now. God help you to trust him.
