Limited Atonement
No point of Gospel doctrine is more clearly and irrefutably revealed in Holy Scripture than the blessed, sweet revelation of limited atonement (particular and effectual redemption). The whole of the Gospel stands or falls with this. Either the Lord Jesus Christ actually redeemed all for whom he died, or he is not God, but an imposter and a failure; and we are yet in our sins. Blessed be his name, he who is God our Savior is the Christ who is God; and he has redeemed all for whom he died (all GodŐs elect) from the curse of the law. And all his redeemed ones must and shall be saved, because they are redeemed.
